Exhibiting at Healthcare Estates once again, Kemper UK & Ireland says it will present ‘many new innovative technologies to help prevent the growth of Legionella and other waterborne pathogens within potable hot and cold water services’, among them being a new system, HyTwin.
Designed to prevent stagnation up to the outlet valve to help meet hygiene requirements in drinking water installations, HyTwin was co-developed by Kemper and Schell, two wellestablished German valve manufacturers. In infrequently used washbasins, the system facilitates the movement of hot and cold water right up to the point-of-use, thus making a significant contribution to healthcare users’ compliance with the specifications and criteria set out in both HTM 04-01, and the L8 Approved Code of Practice.
