Eplus Global, which will share its stand with Multishower, provides ‘total services for Legionella and Pseudomonas control’.
It offers ‘three key products’ that it maintains will ‘impact on customers’ Legionella control, reduce water usage and improve safety in showers, provide secondary protection using either nonchemical or chemical additives, and maximise the efficiency of water heating in hard water environments’. These are non-chemical scale control system, KalGUARD; Abulox for low-level disinfection without ‘PIN’ coding, and with ‘low COSHH implications, and easy-to-maintain equipment’, and ‘state of the art’ ionisation for non-chemical applications, ‘with total 24/7 control and remote monitoring, for peace of mind in controlling Legionella and Pseudomonas in water systems’. Eplus Global is also the main agent for the Medi-Shower (pictured), an antimicrobial shower head and hose that reportedly reduces infection risk ‘by eliminating 99.99 per cent of harmful bacteria from the wall outlet to the skin’. The shower head, for which Eplus Global chairman and founder, Simon French, provided consultancy, will be demonstrated. Multishower, meanwhile, says the Medi-Shower, which it will manufacture, integrates a ‘proven, effective, antimicrobial additive’, with a patented water-saving technology, in a ‘simple, yet innovative, design’. Claimed benefits include:
