The latest bedside and in-room patient entertainment ‘for today’s connected hospitals’ will be shown by Airwave Healthcare.
Alongside hardware including standalone healthcare televisions and ‘TV on arm’ solutions, will be the latest in ‘smart’ and touchscreen technologies ‘incorporating intuitive middleware, to support the demands of today’s paperless hospital’. Touchscreen demonstratio will include the latest in IPiN nurse/patient communications via Airwave’s partnership with Wandsworth, and ‘cutting edge meal ordering and patient survey mechanisms to help drive hospitals’ efficiency objectives’. Further patient infotainment solutions shown will include Airwave’s AirCAST, which provides detailed patient and hospital information via the ‘familiar interface’ of a television and its ‘red button’.
