Grundon Waste Management has acquired Arundelle, a specialist industrial services and cleaning company, in a deal Grundon says will enable it to expand its services into key areas such as confined spaces cleaning, decontamination, site decommissioning, pollution control, scheduled inspection and maintenance, and Hazpack /Hazmat spill response.
Clayton Sullivan-Webb, Grundon MD, said: “The expertise and strength of Arundelle’s specialist teams will enable us to widen our industrial cleaning offering, and pursue new opportunities in key sectors, such as hospitals, universities, laboratories, and factories.”
