Access control specialist, Salto Systems, will present ‘new access innovations’ including its XS4 range, GEO electronic cylinders, locker locks, and on-line door readers and devices, which it says ‘provide a complete integrated access security solution’.
The company says its wire-free locks enable healthcare facilities ‘to turn any door into a fully featured access control door, without compromising security, convenience, or control’. Salto added: “They eliminate security problems posed by keys and ‘pin code’ locks, and the need to replace locks if keys or pin codes are lost or stolen. If security is breached due to the loss or theft of a smart card, it can be simply and quickly updated, restricted, or deleted remotely.”
All Salto access control products also have a BioCote finish option, which the company says ‘reduces microbes on surfaces by up to 99.9%’.
