Making its first appearance at Healthcare Estates – where it will show some of the products and services it provides ‘that make Falcon an integral part of healthcare kitchens across the UK’ – will be manufacturer and supplier of commercial catering equipment, Falcon Foodservice Equipment.
Visitors to the Falcon stand will be able to see two of the company’s most popular products – the FCC 10X compact combination oven, and the E3914i induction oven range. “These products offer kitchens many benefits, including significant efficiency savings in terms of energy used, reduced cooking times, increased capacities, and additional cooking modes,” the company explained.
Falcon says it is also one of the first catering equipment companies to have its full product catalogue available as BIM models, ‘fully compatible with all software packages, and available to download for free’.
