Danfloor says its Economix carpet combines ‘advanced performance features’ including Maedical i-Link – the company’s anti-microbial coating, a soil and stain-resistant yarn, and an impervious membrane, with ‘the latest trend colours’, ensuring ‘a flooring solution that is fit for the demands of the healthcare sector, while also facilitating the creation of stunning interior design schemes’.
The range also offers ‘excellent environmental credentials’, including a BRE rating of either A or A+ depending upon application. The Econyl solution dyed nylon yarn used in the carpet’s manufacture is made from post-consumer waste, which danfloor says ‘makes the range 100 per cent sustainable and fully recyclable’. Economix is offered with a wear warranty of up to 15 years
