Described by the supplier as ‘perfect for supplying hot water to taps and showers in hospitals and other healthcare facilities’, Heatrae Sadia’s Megaflo Commercial cylinders range from 400 to 2,500 litres in capacity.
To increase the storage capacity, however, any of the cylinders (whether indirect or direct) can be installed in parallel, in any combination.

Megaflo Commercial is said to address potential Legionella risks ‘by way of its clever design’, which is ‘in line with HSE document L8 guidelines’. These strongly recommend that cylinders should be serviced and cleaned periodically – and Megaflo Commercial allows for this via 125 mm inspection hatches. There are also no deadlegs.
