Development Centre Programmes

Designed for aspiring directors and senior managers, the Development Centre Programme supports the national Facilities Management Workforce Strategy.

The programme is approved, and supported, by the Institute of Healthcare Engineering and Estate Management and the Health Facilities Management Association. The programme offers individuals opportunites to evaluate themselves against a series of management competencies and identify their strengths and development needs.

The programme provides a “safe environment” with its success enhanced by an objective, criteria-based process.
