Designed for aspiring directors and senior managers, the Development Centre Programme supports the national Facilities Management Workforce Strategy.
The Development Centre Programme offers individuals opportunities to evaluate themselves against a series of management competencies and identify their strengths and development needs. The programme provides a “safe environment” with its success enhanced by an objective, criteriabased process.
