Eastwood Park’s new training calendar for April 2017-March 2018, just published, details its specialist healthcare engineering and estates and facilities management courses, as well as ‘unique’ and new development training for estates teams.
A ‘completely refreshed’, in-depth practical water hygiene portfolio has been developed for both healthcare and nonhealthcare organisations, ‘meeting the latest significant guideline changes’. The calendar also features an expanded HV and LV electrical portfolio, making use of the brand new electrical training facility launched in 2016. Alongside HV courses are two new short courses on electrical fault-finding and Minor Works compliance. There are two additions to the HVAC portfolio, with short refresher ventilation training designed for Competent and Authorised Persons who require a recap on skills and competencies for managing ventilation systems in healthcare premises.
Eastwood Park said: “Finally, we will be delivering a unique suite of intensive estates courses addressing PFI, PAM, CQC, and energy management, while our hospital engineering degree programmes remain a significant part of our curriculum.”
