Faster and cost-effective IT support

Kent and Medway Health Informatics Service (KMHIS) has purchased a Touchpaper Connector for Health software package. The new informatics solution will deliver faster and more cost-effective IT support to more than 300 locations and 30,000 staff through Touchpaper’s new service desk integration (SDI) solution.

The new product will provide automated, ITIL-compliant integration between KMHIS’s front-line service desk, which receives around 2,000 service desk calls per week, and the services provided by the Southern Cluster Local Service Provider (LSP).

Integrating the KMHIS service desk with the Southern Cluster LSP’s service desk system will automate and speed up the process, ensuring that communication between the two organisations is clear and concise.
