Medicare Systems says its HTM-compliant Nursecall+ range is specifically designed for hospitals, being designed for ease of use, and built to withstand the demands of the busiest hospital environment.
The company said: “The new industryled, landscape format design allows for fitting within bedhead trunking, while the system’s use of wireless technology offers flexibility, versatility, and ease of installation with minimal disruption. HTM 6500 cardiac and emergency units encompass a unique attendance feature and newly-designed finger-shaped buttons. They also offer either a cardiac or emergency pull-on, push-off switch, priority override, and integration with Medicare’s overdoor lights. All call points are easy-clean and antimicrobial, with simple-to-replace labels to help maintain infection control.”
Medicare also offers a range of accessories such as pressure mats, epilepsy detectors, specialised switches ‘and many more’, all connectable via the two colour-coded sockets located underneath the call points. The company can also provide customers with free comprehensive training and a 24-hour technical support line.
