Red Dot acquires Santana Solutions

Santana owner Selva Sugunendran, who has been retained as a consultant, said: “With the group already involved with fire systems and detection equipment there is a clear synergy between this and the software solutions for such equipment that Santana provides.”

Red Dot Technologies has also invested in an India-based development centre and is planning a new Middle East premises in Dubai.
