Former IHEEM Council member and director of controls-assurance.co.uk Alan Hambidge has launched a new company, Empathy Environmental Consultants.
The new venture will offer health and safety audits, training, support and advice tailored towards an NHS client base. Some of the issues covered include: accidents and first aid, control of contractors, COSHH and hazardous substances, display screen equipment, electrical safety, housekeeping and cleaning, personal protective equipment, safety policies, waste management and workplace environment.
Staff at the new company already have a wealth of experience working with local authorities, NHS Trusts, universities and other industries.
