Vinyl flooring manufacturer, Polyflor, has added new wood effect designs to its relaunched Forest fx PUR flooring collection, incorporating the latest commercial interior trends into one of its most popular sheet vinyl ranges.
The expanded 18-design heterogeneous collection features nine ‘exciting new shades’, including two parquet effect designs for creating ‘dramatic statement floors’, as well as a selection of contemporary grey-toned oaks and rustic wood designs which add variety to the collection. These ontrend authentic wood effects have been created by Polyflor’s design development team, who incorporate intricate grain detail and natural tones into each floorcovering.
The Forest fx range is available in a practical and resilient 2.0 mm gauge vinyl sheet format with a 0.7 mm wear layer, reportedly making it ideal for high traffic, heavy commercial environments in the healthcare, education, leisure, retail, housing, and office sectors. Polyflor says the product’s cross-linked and UV cured polyurethane reinforcement (PUR) offers ‘a low cost, polish-free maintenance regime’ for the flooring’s lifetime. ‘Unique floor designs’ can easily be achieved by incorporating inlaid features and logos, managed by Polyflor’s in-house Design Service team using waterjet cutting technology.
