Devereux Architects and PM Group merge

London-based practice Devereux employs 65 people and in 2006 its turnover was about £5 million. It has extensive experience working across a full spectrum of architectural and urban design projects both in the UK and internationally.

PM Group is a fast-growing project delivery organisation employing 1,600 people across offices in Ireland, the UK, Poland, Russia and Singapore. In 2006, it had a turnover of e165 million.

The merger will support PM Group’s expansion into a range of new sectors including healthcare and education in the UK, Europe and Asia and to bring Devereux Architects services to Ireland.

It will enable PM Group to enhance its expertise in delivering large scale and complex projects to public and private sector clients particularly in the health, education, research and infrastructure markets.

Devereux Architects will operate as a stand-alone brand within the PM Group. Pat McGrath, CEO of PM Group, said: “The merger is a perfect fit. Devereux’s architectural expertise combines with PM Group’s project management expertise in delivering large projects in sectors including healthcare, education, research and infrastructure.
