The dates for the popular Facilities and Estates Manager Development Centre Programme have been announced.
The Development Centre Programme offers the opportunity for individuals to evaluate themselves against a series of management competencies and identify their strengths and development needs. The Centre provides a “safe environment” with its success enhanced by an objective, criteria-based process.
Over a briefing day and a two-day residential stay the Programme will allow participants to demonstrate their skills, attitudes and behaviour within different activities and situations.
Designed for FM directors and those aspiring to be directors and senior managers, the Development Centre Programme supports the national Facilities Management Workforce Strategy. The Programme is approved, and supported by the Institute of Healthcare Engineering and Estate Management (IHEEM) and the Health Facilities Management Association (HeFMA).
