£3 million care home

The Leeds office of Faithful+Gould has completed a new build £3 million care home in Harrogate.

The international project management and cost consultants were awarded the contract to provide employer’s agent services and planning supervisory duties by care home charity MHA as part of a rolling programme of works.

The new, 52-bed, Berwick Grange three-storey residential care home offers dementia care in addition to residential and nursing support for older people.
