Healthcare building specialists Yorkon will be launching the latest innovations in off-site construction at this year’s Healthcare Estates Conference and Exhibition.
The company offers a modular building system, which is a highly efficient alternative to traditional construction. Programme times are reduced by up to 50%, thermal performance is enhanced; cost, quality and programme are guaranteed, and disruption to patient care is minimised. The steel-framed system also allows clear internal spans of up to 12 m and buildings up to six storeys.
