Global water treatment and magnetic filtration manufacturer, Adey, has launched a new Commercial Division, ‘dedicated to providing a complete package of water management solutions and services for commercial heating and cooling systems’.
Headed by MD, Ian Roberts (pictured), it will ‘bring together commercial industry experts with a dedicated and experienced sales team’. Adey explained: “Together they are focused on driving the adoption of magnetic filtration technology, chemical water treatment, and chemical and microbiological water testing, to benefit large-scale and complex systems.” Ian Roberts added: “Adey Commercial provides a complete service. Our team of external sales managers is qualified to discuss with specifiers, contractors, and distributors, the advantages of magnetic filtration and associated sealed system equipment in the commercial sector.
“We know that effective magnetic filtration brings benefits for every system type – from small domestic, to large commercial. While the maintenance of larger systems has typically remained very traditional, slowly those responsible for these systems are recognising the benefits that magnetic filtration provides, especially when adopted as part of a comprehensive water treatment and maintenance programme. Given the size of these systems, they could reap the biggest benefits from the use of magnetic filtration.”
Adey’s ‘comprehensive range’ of magnetic filters includes MagnaClean Commercial filters available in 2, 3, 4, 6, and 8 inch sizes, the MagnaClean DualXP, and new MagnaClean DRX. Customers can also benefit from a comprehensive range of water treatment chemicals, and chemical and microbiological testing
