Static Systems Group will showcase its ‘market-leading’ Fusion Healthcare platform on stand E6 at this year’s Healthcare Estates event.
Experts from the company will, the company says, be on hand ‘to demonstrate the ways in which the platform is making a real difference to the day-to-day running of hospitals by saving time and maximising efficiencies, as well as improving patient safety and providing greater support for engineering teams. Static Systems said: “The benefits of the Fusion Healthcare platform can be attributed to its ability to seamlessly integrate nurse call, medical systems, and sensor technologies with best-in-class devices – such as the Vocera Smartbadge, VoIP and IP Dect telephony, smartphones, and tablets. With ease, and without the associated downtime usually taken up by locating colleagues, clinical workflow can be dynamically managed from the patient bedside, nurse base, or on the move.”
Notifications are automatically sent directly to the relevant staff members, reducing alarm fatigue, all tasks logged, and analytical reports provided for evaluation.
The Fusion platform is designed to work with nurse call systems provided by other suppliers as well as Static Systems’ products, and can provide a cost-effective upgrade path to incorporate collaborative task management to an existing nurse call system.
The platform can also provide remote administration and Wide Area Networking (WAN) connectivity, ‘among many other features.
