UK law firm Addleshaw Goddard has advised on the Derbyshire Mental Health Trust project, the third and final scheme of the pathfinder batched PFI mental health project procured under the Government’s Private Finance Initiative.

The batch includes a community hospital scheme in Lincolnshire and a £10.5 million Learning Disability Inpatient Unit in Leicester, both completed in 2007 with a value totalling £76.5 million.

The Addleshaw Goddard team was led by projects partner Jacqui Langley-White who said: “We are delighted to have completed the third part of this project, the very first batched procurement to cover mental health, learning disabilities and community service schemes.”
