Flexibility in the bathroom

Flexibility and expandability, alongside a design aimed at preserving individuals’ independence, are among the key features of Hewi Heinrich Wilke’s new “pure white surfaced” LifeSystem White Edition range of ancillary products for washbasins, showers and toilets.

“Such products should adapt to suit the user and not vice versa – and that is precisely what LifeSystem does”, said Markus Sattler, product manager. “Good examples include our new support rail with lift-up feature (pictured), adjustable in length and inclination, and a shower seat with four (height) setting options.”

The LifeSystem White Edition range also includes a mirror which can be easily adjusted simply by pulling or pushing. The setting lever can be installed on either the unit’s left or right to suit the user, and can be operated either from a standing or sitting position.

The support rail with lift-up feature can easily be equipped with a toilet roll holder or flush and function button. Expandability is indeed a key feature of the range; for instance it includes a wallmounted seat to which a rear support and armrests can easily be added.

The new range uses synthetic materials for all direct contact surfaces, and stands made from metal for optimal strength.
