An experienced ‘health and care advocate’ has become the second partner in as many months to join Bevan Brittan’s market leading Health & Care - Regulatory team, as it continues to grow to meet client demand.
Amanda Wright-Kluger (pictured) has extensive experience of working with health and care providers across the independent and NHS markets on patient and service-user care issues, as well as governance and risk management. Based in the firm’s Birmingham office, she will support health and care clients across the country. She is a solicitor advocate and as well as a qualified US attorney with many years’ experience as a civil trial lawyer.
Her appointment comes at an exciting time for Bevan Brittan’s Health & Care – Regulatory team, with new Partner and health and social care expert Amrita Hurst also joining the firm in August.
Tim Hodgetts, Partner and head of the Health & Care – Resolution & Regulatory department at Bevan Brittan, added: “Demand for our services continues to increase and Amanda has exceptional experience at a senior level that is a great fit for our team. We are delighted that she has joined us, and I know that our clients will benefit from her legal knowledge, sensitivity and focus on providing excellent service.”
The expansion of Bevan Brittan’s Health & Care – Regulatory team comes after another successful year for the top-100 law firm – which reported 10 consecutive years of revenue and profit growth in the 2022/23 financial year.
