BUPA Hospitals has appointed Jean- Jacques De Gorter, as its new director of clinical services.

Jean-Jacques De Gorter, known as JJ, was previously medical director of NHS Direct in the South East for the last three years. “This is a great opportunity to join BUPA Hospitals at a time when the business is transforming the way it manages and operates its hospitals to meet the future demands of a rapidly changing healthcare marketplace,” Jean-Jacques De Gorter said.
“I want to drive improvements in quality by encouraging innovation and new, more efficient ways of working. Key to this will be working in partnership with clinical networks and professional bodies,” he added.
