Clair Sandford (pictured) has recently joined IHEEM as the Institute’s membership officer.
Her particular strengths are in customer service, and she is looking forward to implementing these in her new role. Working with recruitment and membership manager Chris Parker, she will be responsible for servicing the membership committee, processing new membership registrations, maintaining existing memberships, and Engineering Council registrations.
She says: “In my first few weeks I have seen that there are exciting times ahead for IHEEM. I am particularly looking forward to getting involved in many of the things identified by members in the recent membership survey as being important for the future of the Institute.”
