Global resource management company, Veolia, is set to deliver Specialist Estates Engineering and Maintenance Services to a range of NHS and public sector authorities, after securing a place on the North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC) Hard FM Framework.
Veolia said: “With a focus on maintaining essential infrastructure to support hospitals and local authorities, and reducing carbon emissions, the framework agreement will provide a wide range of cost-effective services for buildings across the UK. Designed to provide a one- stop shop for organisations to meet their engineering and maintenance requirements, the framework will provide customers with expert services that ‘combine quality, value, and compliance.”
The comprehensive range of services from Veolia includes the provision of renewable and low carbon heating systems, solar PV electricity generation, air-conditioning, electrical works, heating and plumbing, standby power generation, and managed FM.

Veolia currently provides energy and facilities management to over 100 hospitals in the UK.
The NOE CPC is hosted by Leeds and York Partnerships NHS Foundation Trust (LYPFT), and provides dedicated procurement solutions to the public sector. A wholly NHS owned organisation comprising an expert team of procurement and commercial professionals from both the public and private sector, the Authority combines sector-focused experience, understanding, and knowledge, to help the NHS.
