Construction company Morgan Ashurst has been awarded two new health contracts worth £11.7 million.
Dual win for Morgan Ashurst
The first is an £8.7 m NHS LIFT scheme in Fareham, Hampshire. Working for Solent Community Solutions, Morgan Ashurst will build the new Fareham Community Hospital (see artist’s impression) for Hampshire Primary Care Trust. The second scheme is a £3 m project to upgrade operating theatres at Frimley Park Hospital in Surrey, where Morgan Ashurst is already working on a £2.9 m refurbishment project. Work for both projects has already begun and is due to be completed in February 2010.
