C-TEC’s Quantec addressable call system has been installed at Blackpool’s first ever primary care centre. Located on Whitegate Drive, the centre provides clinical care, screening and GP surgeries.
Lancashire-based Solid State installed the Quantec system, which provides different types of calls to required locations, with emergency calls reaching out via radio pagers. All calls are recorded using the Surveyor data management system. It has also installed C-TEC disability equipment including a SigTEL Compact disabled refuge system, 13 PDA102C counter induction loop systems, and a site-wide public address system.
