Versatile modular buildings
Any size and type of building can be designed and manufactured with the fixtures and fittings installed at Marchant Walker's production facility, ready for delivery to site where the company installs the modules onto previously prepared foundations and services.
Most types of external claddings are available including plastic coated steel, stoneflex, thin brick slip system and traditional brick. A pitched tile roof finished in either a lightweight metal roofing system or a concrete tiled roof is available as an option to a dual low pitch modular roof construction.
Internal finishes are to customer specifications with choice of internal linings, ceiling types and heating with air conditioning if required.
Some recent examples of Marchant Walker installations include; four-storey decant accommodation at Whipps Cross Hospital, London; operating theatre at Woodend Hospital, Aberdeen in partnership with MTX Contracts; a two-storey Walk In Centre at Prestwich, Manchester; and a 100 place two-storey nursery in Doncaster, South Yorks.
