Plumb Center now exclusively offers Saracen Washroom Solutions, a range of standard and bespoke cubicles, ducting, and vanity units, designed for wide-ranging applications.
Including off-the-shelf and customdesigned cubicles, and made-tomeasure pre-plumbed modules, the factory-prefabricated washroom solutions reportedly offer a cost-effective way both to refurbish and construct new washrooms because they use the Saracen Integrated Plumbing System, comprising a fully adjustable steel frame fitted with decorative removable panels. The system includes standard pre-plumbed and tested sanitaryware, and comes complete, having simply to be installed and connected to site water supply and services. Richard Virr, development director, Plumb Center, said. “Water supplies and soil pipework are installed by the plumbing contractor to pre-determined positions. All fittings supplied on IPS modules feature flexible connectors incorporating isolation valves ready for connection to first fix water supplies.”
