A new product is being launched by Bid-Builder which will dramatically reduce Private Finance Initiative (PFI) bidding costs for contractors and streamline the bidding process.
The product aims to deliver cost savings by restructuring the cost profiling and methodology of PFI bids. Central to this approach is a unique software solution, Bid-Builder, which takes a holistic and integrated approach to the project’s capital construction and lifecycle costs and can be operated by the Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) bidders, equity providers or the sponsoring authority.
It is ideal for the NHS LIFT programme but can also be used on any non PFI financed major construction project.Peter Stokes, chairman of Bid-Builder said: “Bid-Builder will enable costs to be significantly reduced by streamlining the whole process.
