The overriding topic was that of estate rationalisation and the need to have accurate AutoCAD drawings and key site data, so that estates departments can take the appropriate steps to reduce the amount of floor space and ensure that the retained estates work as productively as they can.
Over the next 24-36 months there will be a continuing requirement to reduce spending, cut carbon emissions and provide efficiency savings, etc, all the while ensuring that the estate provides a safe, clean and patient friendly environment. Not an easy task!
