Provider of mobile surgical services Vanguard and integrated FM specialist Generating Solutions Group (GSG) have formed a “strategic partnership” through which Vanguard’s provision of sophisticated mobile units will be bolstered by GSG’s offering of “highly specialised logistics, facilities management, and engineering services”.
Describing the tie-up as “a sea change in the healthcare industry”, Vanguard’s CEO Ian Gillespie said: “Our mobile healthcare facilities are state-ofthe- art, and our engineers are highly trained and experienced, but, when it comes to offering an integrated facilities management service, we have not previously been able to compete with dedicated FM providers. “In this unique partnership, we will be able to tap into GSG’s unrivalled FM knowledge and industry expertise, while they will benefit from integrating their services with our flexible and highly sophisticated facilities.”
