Traka, the key management specialist, has added to its range an “intelligent” stand-alone touch-screen system that is says simplifies key management while improving accuracy and efficiency.
The Traka Touch makes keys available to authorised users “24 hours a day, seven days a week”, working independently of any server or IT network. All functions are controlled via the front panel touchscreen. Each user must be identified at the cabinet using a PIN code, magnetic swipe card, or biometric fingerprint recognition. Individual access levels can be pre-set, and LED displays confirm which keys are available to particular users when they access the cabinet.
