Specialist in low-carbon retrofit technologies Energys Group will showcase its newly-launched Save It Easy 2LED replacement lamp. Replacing 2D compact fluorescent lamps (CFLs) in the existing fittings, it “typically results in a 60% reduction in the wattage needed to power the lamp”.
Energys says it also offers a lifespan “over six times longer” than existing CFLs. Energys claims to have already established itself as a market leader in low-carbon innovations with the original Save It Easy retrofit converter, which renders unnecessary replacing light fittings when upgrading to T5 fluorescent lighting. At the conference Energys MD Aidan Salter will discuss (on 5 October between 2.15 and 3.30 pm) his experiences working with NHS Trusts to undertake “Save It Easy” installations.
