Marlux is encouraging hospitals and other healthcare facilities to promote your hospital and Trust, support a local charity, or simply demonstrate your commitment to the privacy and dignity of your patients with the Marlux Premiere range of disposable printed curtains.
The curtains are said to “encompasses the very latest innovations” in disposable curtain technology, while and a “unique” printing service now enables customers to display a series of messages, logos, and images on the full width cubicle curtain if required.
Marlux says it will collaborate closely with NHS Trusts or other establishments, or work with individual wards, to produce customised designs that can effectively market brands or mottos, or emphasise privacy and dignity, or infection control initiatives, to patients – such as the importance of washing hands or cleaning policies.
The print process used, in conjunction with “rigorous quality control checks”, provide consistently clear and sharp images, with the method of ink application ensuring full integration with the polypropylene curtain fabric, producing a flat, clean, dry surface which does not encourage the formation of protein or the growth of bacteria.
Marlux is able to offer bespoke printing to customers ordering a minimum of 22 boxes of disposable curtains. With both curtain manufacture and the printed production service UK-based, customers should receive finished product within short time periods.
Marlux disposable curtains are available in an extensive range of colours; all m are manufactured using high quality, durable and recyclable non-woven bacteriostatic polypropylene material.
“Fast-Fit”, “Uni-glide” and “Universal” hooking systems are now available, providing added choice and flexibility. Fast-Fit tracks can be installed by Marlux, or existing track systems can be converted simply using the Marlux Adapt-a-track system.
Marlux has previously worked closely with hospitals to ensure that change polices are managed properly and cost-effectively. On request, curtain changes can be performed by Marlux installers, with the service including the removal, environmental disposal, and “ethical recycling” of existing curtains into other consumables.
”Subject to conditions, the company also offers the Enviro bag recycling service, which it says “addresses current NHS requirements concerning carbon emission reduction”.
