A new composite cladding system said to increase thermal and acoustic performance, and to provide a more robust, durable finish than paint, is now available from Foremans Relocatable Building Systems.
To be supplied from now on all Foremans buildings as standard at no extra cost, the system is fixed to the steelframed modules’ exterior, creating a double skin. Fast to install, it can also be pre-installed off site, and used to re-clad existing Foremans buildings, and is available in a choice of colours. Kevin Jones, Foremans MD, said: “We can still provide painted modules, but feel the new cladding significantly enhances modular buildings’ appearance, while offering a more thermally efficient, robust solution. “We already completely refurbish each module – only the building’s structure is recycled – and, by offering the cladding as standard, are adding even more value to our pre-owned modular accommodation.” Foremans fully refurbishes each recycled modular building off site, with new windows, wall linings, partitions, M&E services, doors, and flooring.
