Race Cottam Associates has helped win planning permission for a new threestorey healthcare development it says will “revolutionise” the laboratory services used by Sheffield’s healthcare network.
The architectural practice has designed a new building to house an integrated automated laboratory service to be used by various departments from both the Northern General Hospital (where it will be built), and the Royal Hallamshire Hospital. It will form the first of four phases of a complete redevelopment of the area’s laboratory services.
