Anglia Crown, Bakkavör’s hospital meals division, has unveiled a new “seasonally adjusted” “Crown Dining” à-la-carte meal range offering an extensive menu choice of chilled and frozen products, including multi-portion entrées, vegetables, potatoes, and puddings.
Also now available are “extensive range improvements” to its “Crown Cuisine” products –“nutritionally balanced individual meals and desserts”, designed for i-wave heating (a cooking system from RH Hall which calculates required cooking time based on barcode data on the product.)
