Asteral has been appointed to a new national NHS framework to supply, manage, and maintain, ultrasound equipment. The framework removes Trusts’ need to go through the OJEU process themselves, and “provides more competitive pricing”.
The NHS Shared Business Service (NHS SBS) framework agreement covers general, cardiac, vascular, obstetric and gynaecological, and breast screening equipment. Asteral will bring its expertise as a provider of managed equipment (MES)and managed maintenance services (MMS).
