Helping users get the most from their Trend building energy management systems will be a key theme on the Trend Controls stand.
Products shown will include the new Trend Energy Manager, “a powerful energy monitoring and targeting package that is easy to set up and use, and can be installed on the customer’s own server”. Using meter readings and other variables logged by the BEMS, it can provide automatic reporting and allow rapid diagnosis of energy overuse. Also exhibited will be the Trend EnergyEYE, a continually updated display of a building’s energy consumption and carbon emissions and how these compare with user-defined targets, which can be located in a reception area or other communal space, and the Trend IQEye web-based “performance tool”, which continuously checks the functioning of a Trend system, and highlights possible problems.
