IHEEM’s Council has agreed that the Institute should continue to have a Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation, and has now started the recruitment process.
It has sought the assistance of recruitment consultancy, attenti, which will lead the search through to its conclusion. Acting CEO, Richard Boyce, says: “Council members will be involved throughout, and will have the opportunity to meet the shortlisted candidates prior to interview. The advertisement for the role was not available before the deadline for this edition of HEJ; however if any IHEEM member feels they might be interested in applying, they should visit the IHEEM website, where the full job specification will be posted under vacancies from early January.”
