Washable paint inhibits bacteria
Bacteria can survive on painted surfaces for intervals ranging from a few hours to many years. If the surface comes into contact with water, bacteria will grow and it is this growth that the active ingredient in Sterishield inhibits. Extensive testing has proved that theproduct dramatically accelerates the decline of bacterial populations within 12 hours of contamination – a demonstrable improvement over standard paint. Available in highly durable water-based Diamond Matt or Quick Drying Eggshell finishes, Sterishield withstands repeated cleaning cycles and also benefits from the same aesthetic properties as traditional paint – with no compromise in colour choice or finish.
