Courtney-Thorne says the versatility of its CT-TOUCH nurse call touchscreen, running ’Call Manager 4.0’ software, is making it ‘a must-have’ throughout the healthcare sector, due to its instant user information and call tracking capabilities – all in one compact unit.
The ‘unique’ on-screen mapping system allows for an instant visual location of any caller to action the most effective staff response. The system is fully programmable for up to 999 locations, with the facility to name individual wards. The software communicates with the Courtney-Thorne 08 nurse call system via the latter’s own wireless protocol. CT- TOUCH comes as a standalone unit with built in battery back-up and diagnostic monitoring, while data can easily be backed up to a USB stick. Passcodes can also be assigned to the functional areas of the Call Manager 4.0 software. Use of the CT-TOUCH’s ‘user-friendly’ touchscreen interface requires ‘minimal training’, while all data can be exported to spreadsheet format for further analysis. The system provides complete accountability via a 10- year call history memory, and the facility to create on-screen graphs, while all information can be viewed instantly in graphical format, or exported to print.
