CHP is a NIFES specialism. The Group’s Property Solutions team delivers services that assist clients with statutory compliance, assessing property condition, and evaluating space use and function. Able to prepare asset registers and develop estate strategies, the team also provides safety management support covering fire safety, risk management, and CDM Coordinator services. The Building Services team designs and implements mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services projects, aiming to provide ‘comfortable, safe, compliant, and low-energy’ buildings, while the Energy and Carbon Reduction Strategy team says it can help organisations minimise costs, comply with legislation, and reduce carbon emissions and energy consumption.
