Part of the Government Procurement Service (GPS) Framework for laundry and linen, Grosvenor Contracts claims to offer laundry buyers ‘greater choice and freedom’, having recently made significant investment by installing ‘the latest in high-tech laundry equipment and facilities’.
This technology includes dual process laundry systems that enable the company to switch between processing items using conventional thermal disinfection, and the Rapid Review Panel recommendation 1-accredited OTEX low temperature disinfection laundry system. At HefmA 2012 the company will launch a microfibre mop cleaning service that harnesses the OTEX system to ensure correct disinfection and cleaning, and a ‘budget’ disposable ECO curtain with Oeko-Tex ‘Confidence in textiles’ and ‘Tested for harmful substances’ endorsement.
