Designer and manufacturer of clinical waste bins, Wybone, will show a selection of products, including its ‘revolutionary’ Capsule hospital waste bin.
Designed, engineered, and manufactured, exclusively within the UK to be ‘functional as well as beautiful’, it is ‘built-to-last’ from ‘ultra-tough aerospace grade ABS plastic’ and corrosion-resistant plastisol. The Capsule is available in a variety of waste segregation colours and sizes, supporting the safe management of healthcare waste and adherence to infection control guidelines. Wybone added: “We have designed it with every aspect of cross-infection, fire safety, and legislation compliance in mind, ensuring that it meets HTM 05-03, Fire Safety in Healthcare Premises, and BS 476 Part 6 & 7 criteria. The Capsule has integrated castors, an easy-clean removable body, leak-proof tray, and hands-free lid, to help prevent the spread of infection, as standard. The front-opening, 80-litre unit is designed to make emptying sacks quick and easy, with no heavy lifting.”
