Atus-Commander is a new IP-based management platform for messaging and personal security.
The Windows-based management software, to be rolled out across multiple sites this summer, is suitable for the entire Atus product portfolio, independent of the technology used, and, with its IP ‘backbone’, can be supplied ‘in a multitude of forms’ – from single to multi-site, and single or multi-operator, and with a remote management function, ‘to provide connectivity from anywhere in the world’. The graphical user interface is ‘intuitive and easy to use’, displaying information in a clear, concise format that allows operators to see and handle alarms and critical messages ‘in an instant’. Operators can send and manage messages simultaneously to individuals or groups, as well as managing alarms. Alarm location is presented graphically, and in real-time, enabling the operator to send information to support teams ‘at the click of a button’ via user-programmable ‘hot keys’.
